The art of cooking various dishes in Tajikistan, and indeed in many

(if not all) countries of the world have evolved, formed into

something meaningful and individual for many centuries.

Here everything was reflected: the climatic conditions of the region,

people’s way of life, their activities, pastime, mentality and much,

much more. In general, the culinary art of the Tajik people has turned

into another individual national tradition; however, it has some

similarities with some of the culinary traditions of other

Central Asian countries. Although, cooking in Tajikistan has its

own peculiarities and peculiar technology of cooking many dishes.
